Gus was transferred in from an open admission facility at maximum capacity. Do you sense a trend here? We try to save dogs who otherwise might not have a chance at a new beginning. Sadly, we have no history on most of them. Our experience with Gus during the photoshoot is that he is somewhat aloof and spends a lot of time 'in his own world'. He did enjoy treats and was very sweet and gentle. Gus also does great with other dogs. We suspect Gus may have never experienced true loyalty and devotion from a family. It would be so heartwarming to see him come out of his quiet little shell when he finds out what love really is. Email [email protected] for an appointment to meet Gus (makes me think of Gus-Gus on Cinderella) or just come on in. We are open 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Gus is neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms.
