About Dobi

Dobi is a 12 lbs, 4-year old male dog who needs rehoming due to international relocation of his current parents. Dobi has been part of his family since he was 8 weeks old. He was adopted in June of 2020. Dobi is a highly curious dog, who prefers to 'help' you during chores and projects. Dobi is fairly true to breed for Min-Pin. He barks to protect his family and makes an excellent intruder-alert dog. He has a very keen sense of hearing. Once you're friends, he loves to snuggle and sit on your lap, preferably under the covers. Dobi sleeps wonderfully in a crate padded with soft things and a loose blanket he'll make sure he's under. Sleeping from 7pm-7am is easy for him. Completely house-trained. Dobi is a very smart and highly alert dog. Entirely responsive to his name; he loves food and treats. Can be food aggressive with another animal - it's best to feed him in a separate space from other animals. He doesn't react when humans touch his food. Dobi is fast and loves to run, but especially to play chase with his humans. He loves being the alpha. He is very healthy - he only visits the vet for booster shots. During extensive travel by both parents, Mowgli has been taken care of by a loving family friend who is available to talk about any questions you might have.
