About Tomo

Tomo was adopted from nycacc emergency placement under the pretense that he was there for medical issues (pneumonia) and not behavioral. He is medically sound now but he is reactive to dogs and people on walks and resource guards. He needs a home with an experienced owner that can give him structure, time and proper training for him to thrive and become a great companion! Will need to do a meet and greet for compatibility.
