About Captain

Meet Cap, a goofy lovable couch potato who always has a smile on her face! Cap is a lab/retriever mix who is between 10-12 years old but still loves to play! We adopted Cap from a shelter in January of 2016, and they estimated that she was between 2-4 at that time. Unfortunately, she has had some jealousy issues with our toddler so we've made the difficult decision to rehome her. We are having to keep them separated full time, and she deserves so much more than that. For that reason, we would not recommend she go to a home with small/young children. She does great with cats and is good with most other dogs. She loves to snuggle or lay out in the sun, but is also always up for a good walk or game of tug of war. She is very loyal and loves to spend time with family.
