Kato was surrendered to the shelter when he got sick with URI. Who dumps a dog for having a cold?! It can't go unsaid that Kato is painfully thin for his age and size- only 55lbs today at 11mo. We're happy he is safe with us now and he will never worry about a missing a meal, not getting proper veterinary care, or be abandoned and unwanted again! We can't wait to see Kato filled out and shining like the gem he is. His former owner reported he is good with people , is dog friendly, cat friendly and is even good with cows! He is crate trained, house trained, neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and enjoys playing, car rides, meeting new people and dogs, swimming and playing with balls.
