Don't let Feivel's age fool you, this little guy is full of spunk, pizazz, and attitude! Feivel has lots of energy to take walks, explore the house, and patrol the neighborhood! He thinks napping is a waste of time and would much rather know about all of the goings on in the home. Feivel isn't too interested in treats or toys, instead, his true love is being outside! He would adore being with a family that takes frequent long walks or has a fenced-in backyard to explore. But be careful! Feivel is a bit of a runner (probably why he was found as a stray!), so keeping a close eye on him is important. Feivel is sweet as can be and is generous with kisses and belly rubs. However, it's important to note that, although he's a lover usually, he has communicated his displeasure using his teeth. A home with no small children is recommended for this reason. He let us know that he likes to go slow at first and doesn't like to be grabbed too quickly. He can get startled if you pet him or pick him up without warning. He has been great with his foster's primary dog and cat but has shown a little bit of either dominance or jealousy nipping with their more energetic, younger foster dog. This behavior has been very minor, and we have no doubt that he would be a great companion to an existing pooch! Feivel is fostered in Columbus, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $250.00. Feivel is neutered, had a dental, is appropriately vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative!
