This sweet boy has been in our home for 6 months. He is very smart and loves to run, play, go on long hikes and play keep away. He's very smart and knows sit, paw, lay down, and listen commands. Treat motivated! He recently got startled and bit my daughter on the face and head as she ran by. I run a daycare out of my home and cannot to keep him due to the fear parents have and my daughter's fear. Before this he has shown very mild resource guarding, and we had been working on it with hand feeding. This incident was not related to resource guarding, he was laying in the kitchen floor and she ran by. We're not sure what prompted the bite but know with behavioral training & a kid free home, he could thrive, especially on a place with lots of land where he can run - maybe a farm!
