I'm the volunteer dog walker at Arnold Mo. Animal Control. Big Duke is a great boy, and good on walks after a minute! Well behaved. Has been there long enough that they are talking euthanasia, which would be heartbreaking. Please give Duke a chance at a second life! His current one is so miserable.
