I am a boy who is 3 years old and ready for a new home. When I arrived to the shelter, I wasn't feeling good. Shelter staff acted fast, and my friends at the vet helped figure out that I had rat bait poisoning! I received a blood transfusion from my fellow shelter dog, Sisco, and now I've finished my treatment and am happy and healthy again! So enough about that scary period, how about me now? Well, shelter staff love my big personality and adorable ears. I have nice manners, including crate training and riding in a car. I am VERY playful and full of pep, but I do have an 'off' button and like to sit at your feet when it's time. When it comes to other dogs, I have lived with others before, and do better with females or not-so-pushy dogs. I meet children nicely and would prefer to share my home with older kids only (6yr+), please. I'm fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives.
