About Jaeger

Jaeger is high energy and a dog that wants love and attention. Here recently I have been away more for work and my wife observed behavior that has made her scared of him. I personally have never seen him aggressive towards anyone but my other dog but even then it didn't seem serious. We have kept them separate since though. Jaeger is loud when it comes to meeting people but seems more skidding than anything. He has never snapped or went after anyone. Being that I have to be the sole means of attention and working all the time he spends a lot of time in his crate. Which o don't agree with but it can't be helped given my work. I've contacted my local shelter in Skagit and they said because I was so honest about his behavior that Jaeger wouldn't be accepted in the adoption program. They referred me to euthanasia in Bellingham of a local vet. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT. What Jaeger needs is someone with time, patience and some skill and he'd be the best damn companion. I just don't have the time and with 2 kids, I will honestly say I'm overwhelmed. Jaeger is a good boy, he just needs someone that is at his capacity. He also has a pretty extravagant crate that would go with him.
