About Flappy

Hi, I'm Flappy, a one-year-old, 40-pound, male bulldog mix with a grey coat and a snazzy underbite smile. I'm looking for a fun-loving and active family who can keep up with my high energy and playful personality. I'm neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative, so I'm ready to meet my new family! I'm a happy and friendly pup who loves to jump and play with everyone and everything. I need someone who can be firm and consistent with me, so I can learn to behave better and not be too rough. I love my toys, but I prefer the ones that are not made of fabric, because I tend to eat them instead of just tearing them up. I also love other dogs, but I get a bit excited and want to jump all over them, so I need some socialization and training to be more polite. I'm mostly house trained, but I sometimes have accidents in my crate, because I would rather play than potty. You have to make sure I do my business when I go outside, and not just goof off in the yard. I'm also crate trained, and leash trained, so I'm easy to transport and walk. I take a bit to eat because of my underbite, but I love treats and will do anything for them. I love when you pet me and give me attention, but as soon as you stop, I'm a wild man again. I get the zoomies often and run around like crazy, so I need a lot of exercise and space. I would be best with older kids who won't get knocked over by me when I'm in my hyper mode.
