Some say it's chance, luck or just coincidence that brought me to my foster parents, but my foster mom says it's pure 'Kizmet.' I'm Kizmet, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever with a love for walks and toys! Sadly, I was brought to the shelter because my owner went into the hospital. I've been feeling a little lost and confused since leaving the shelter and coming to my foster parent's home, but I'm coming out of my shell. I'm looking for a new home where I can spend my golden years. Could it be yours? Likes and Dislikes: Kizmet loves butt scratches, walks, and toys with squeakers, but dislikes seeing another dog on a leash while on a walk. He likes his foster dog brother, but he doesn't know how to play so he likes to mind his own business. Health and behavior history: Kizmet is up to date on all vaccinations, has a clean bill of health, is potty-trained and micro-chipped. He has not been tested with kids or cats. Ideal home: Kizmet would do best in a home with someone who can give him plenty of love, attention, and patience. A quiet and peaceful environment with a yard to run around in would be ideal for him. Kizmet would also benefit from someone who can take him on leisurely walks to help keep him fit and healthy. Kizmet's owner may be gone, but his love and loyalty live on.
