About Candy

Looking for a pup that's just as sweet as her name? Candy is your girl ��%8D���%8D� Candy is a 3 y/o, 60 lbs, lab mix. She is gentle with young hoomans. Most recently she did not live with any other pets, but has been known to get along with both cats and dogs. Candy is a smart girl. She is both house and crate trained. She also knows sit, shake, lay down, sit pretty, and roll over! Don't let that fool you though, she enjoys a good nap, or two. Candy is prone to UTIs as a result of bladder stones not treated by her previous owners. However, we are working with our vet and she on a RX food now. Candy is spayed, up to date on vaccines and fostered in Harrisburg, PA New Oxford PA 17350; LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
