(We are assuming with collie) Dave is a sweet snuggly boy who is fully vetted, neutered and microchipped. Dave is doing wonderfully in foster care. He is definitely on the shy side, but warms up quickly. He is a smart boy who loves to play! He is ok with other dogs and kids, cats unknown.
