About Precious

[Case opened on Jan. 27, 2024]. OUR RESCUE/FOSTER IS READY FOR HER FUREVER FAMILY. WILLIAMSBURG, OHIO. 3 y/o Female Shepherd/Belgian Malinois/Pitt Mix (BEAUTIFUL!!!) Her name is 'Precious'. UTD on shots WITH record. Fixed. Good with kids. Good with dogs (loves our dogs and saw other dogs at the vet and NO aggression). Good with cats (saw cats at the vet and was just curious, no aggression). No Aggression. This girl loves life. Loves people. Loves other dogs (but nervous and on edge at first until she realizes there is no threat). House trained. Crate trained. No known medical issues (Had COMPLETE Vet Check on 1/26/24, and EVERYTHING came back Normal/Negative). Currently on Purina One Lamb and Rice food. Weighs 86.3 lbs. Good with car rides. Favorite Playtime and Toy: Loves Filled Shin Bones, Balls, stuffing toys, etc. She just loves life. Our boys have a basket of toys, and she plays with them all. If you tell her 'Go get a toy�'�| SHE WILL! Precious was rescued from a Kill Shelter and was transported to me by an Angel on Earth (on 1/19) bc she was on the Euthanization List and her time was about up. She was witness being dumped out of a vehicle on Christmas eve. This sweet girl definitely has Abandonment Issues and has a lot of Anxiety if she thinks that you are going to leave her. She's very well Crate trained, she lays down and she relaxes, but she is very clingy and needs to know that you will always come back and reassure her that you will never leave her. She has been such an amazing Rescue/Foster. Incredibly intelligent! Knows commands and will 'Shake' (give paw). Never chews on anything except her toys/bones. She is just a DREAM! When she first got here, she guarded the food and growled if my shepherds went near it. This is perfectly normal from being a Shelter dog/Rescue. We have worked on this and she is doing beautifully! She is realizing there is always enough for her, no matter who else eats it, and she is so much better about this. Almost 100% better. She loves the other dogs. This girl LOVES to cuddle! I'd say its her favorite thing. She LOVES LOVE. Her perfect match is an owner that is always home, that has other playful large dogs in the home, and kids are there or come to visit. Precious loves one-on-one time and she loves to be the center of attention and get lovings and cuddles.
