About Stella

This classic blue Australian Cattledogs is Stella. She is 2 years old and weighs 25 pounds. Stella is a good girl, and she finds a home with active kids to be too much for her. She is looking for a home without kids where she can be active. Stella knows her basics: come, heel, sit, and place (go to the crate). She is also house and crate trained. Like a standard herder, she prefers to have a moment when meeting new people. Then she warms up and likes belly rubs. She is also nice with kids, so is fine meeting them in public. She just thinks living with busy kids is hard. Stella is good with small and large dogs. She also likes to play sometimes. Stella is a fun partner. She likes to play fetch. She is great on hikes. She is a good passenger in the car, too. Stella would love an active home that heads out to the hills for activity. She isn't a fan of busy environments like dog parks or restaurants. She really is a perfect gal for an outdoor adventure sort of home. Stella's family shares that she is an incredible dog. She is extremely loyal and loving. Stella loves spending the day either going to work with her family, hiking, running, camping or laying on the couch while the family watches a movie. Her ideal situation would include an active and outdoor lifestyle followed by cuddles on the couch in the evenings! Stella is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is located in Thousand Oaks, CA, and ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
