About Quinn

Hi! My name is Quinn. I live in Elk Grove. I am a 6 year old girl and I am spayed. I am a pit bull mix with lots of love to give. I lost my right front leg when I was a puppy, but some amazing people found me and got me into a home where I have been super comfortable. I am friendly with everyone I meet and I am not shy at all. I used to have a brother...a dachshund...but he died about three years ago. It was super sad for all of us. I haven't had any friends since. I spend most of my days sleeping in my bed, begging for pets, and hanging out in the sun. I like to chase squirrels, even though I can't ever catch them, but I can definitely get up a little speed. I don't like to go for walks, because it is just too tricky to get around for long distances with my missing leg. I am crate trained and love going in there to sleep, but I will totally sleep in the bed with you, or on a couch. Anywhere comfy is a place I like to be! I do have a bit of a snoring problem, but that's just because I am sooo sleepy sometimes. Dad says it is super cute to hear me bark when I dream, but it's just because in my dreams, I finally catch those squirrels and we get to play together so I am super excited! I am a great eater! I love healthy food. Right now I am eating The Honest Kitchen chicken blend and I love it! I have also eaten Taste of the Wild kibble and even spent some time on a raw diet of ground beef, vegetables, eggs and coconut oil. It was delicious, but dad had to blend up the veggies because I was a little too picky. I am super good about telling dad when I have to go to the bathroom and have only had accidents occasionally when I was left at home a little too long (dad said he was sorry for leaving me all day one time). My dad, sadly, has had some pretty big changes in his life and has to leave our home and move into a place where they don't take pets like me. We are all very sad and he tried to keep me, but with three boys of his own he is trying to raise by himself since going through a divorce recently, he had to make a hard decision to move somewhere I can't go.
