About Russell

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Russell is a 4 year old akc Lhasa Apso. We are heartbroken that he is no longer compatible with our family and that we are not able to provide for his needs. Russell is very sweet, and much like a therapy dog. He would be so happy to sit on your lap all day long and sleep next to you at night. He does not do well with small children, as he gets scared easily. There is a fear that he might incidentally bite while trying to snatch food from little hands. We have an older male dog as well, and Russell is possessive over toys and affection. I think he would do better as an only dog, or with a female. Russell has accidents in the house and wears a belly band (diaper). He is a submissive pee-er and will have accidents if he thinks he's in trouble, etc. The diaper has been easy for us to maintain and we hope it won't deter anyone for considering him. We had a baby this year and can no longer provide Russell with the attention he needs, and are worried about how he might react with a little one. We love him so much and want him to go to someone who will give him all that he deserves!
