Parents are in poor health, adopted 4 puppies anyways. They are not socialized and behind on vaccines. Well fed/watered but kept in cage/living room 24/7. Not trained, or housebroken, doesn't even know their name. Littermate Syndrome extremely likely. Had Puppy/1yr shots, only partial 2yr and none 3yr. Trying to find paperwork on breeding and vet records.
