Don't let his nerdy name fool you-- Phineas is a scruffy little boy. He tumbles and plays with his much bigger foster sibs. Most of the time, he's the one chasing them! Saved from the bushes in a neighborhood alley, he's a fearless little orphan who had the courage to call for help... loudly! He also has the sweetest little meows and will tell you when he's hungry. He has an affectionate, cuddly side too and loves to curl up with his foster mom on the couch. He also loves his canine foster mama, a lab mix who cuddles and naps with him. Phineas is small but mighty, a little mischievous and rascally, but all heart and love. He would love to have a playmate-- cat or dog! He also has the cutest little wisp of white hair sticking up in the middle of his back gray tabby stripes like a duck feather!
