About KRAMER

Kramer is a 2-year-old English Setter male weighing 55 pounds. He is a very sweet, friendly, loving dog. He is a young and active dog, so he needs an active home - daily long walks, a hike or even running will be great for him. In general he is calm in the house as long as he has been walked and had play time with other doggies. He loves playing with other dogs but sometimes he doesn't know when it's time to stop, so he will do best in a home with a slightly older, dominant dog, who can teach him when to stop. Kramer loves spending time in the yard to chase birds and squirrels. He lives in a foster home with small- and large-dogs and does well with all of them. He tries to initiate play with the small dogs, but his foster-friends - who are slightly older - can't keep up with him. This happy boy loves going for walks but pulls on the leash, so he will need some leash training with his future owner. He is pretty calm in the evenings, after dark - he just lies down and sleeps. Overall, Kramer is a wonderful dog that just needs an active home. A house with a yard will be perfect for him, so he can run, play and chase birds. He is obsessed with cats, however, so he will do best in a home without cats.
