Introducing the cutest, sweetest Beagle you will ever see! Meet Alice, this pint-sized pocket Beagle is very petite weighing in around 20lbs. She looks like a potato with eyes. Her personality is even sweeter than her face. She's rather calm, loving and a bit skittish at times. You can tell she probably hasn't had the best of lives prior to coming into the rescue. She was found roaming the streets of Detroit, but has settled right into her foster home enjoying all the fluffy beds, consistent meals and fellow dog friends. We are uncertain of her age, but think maybe around 6?? Anyway, she's a delight & we definitely are going to have a hard time letting her go! The ideal home for Alice would include- - Dog friends, Alice gravitates towards other animals, and definitely wants to be their friend. She would love others to cuddle up with and accept her for the animal social Beagle she is. She also does fine with cats. - Due to her skittish nature at times, she will ideally need a fenced yard. She cannot be trusted off leash, as she can spook easily & would run if given the chance. - Alice loves to eat, she will need someone who is diligent about her food intake. She'd probably eat until she's pops if you'd let her. - Kids 13 & up due to her being a flight risk around doors & outside.
