About Hanni

Hannibal, affectionately known as Hanni, is the sweetest boy ever. He can be slightly nervous or afraid initially when meeting new people, but gets over it right away and immediately wants to snuggle up to them and get pets. He is the most loving adorable guy that I've ever had in my foster care. He was just neutered approximately 2 months ago, is up to date on all shots and medical care and has just had a medical clearance. He loves to just be with his people, would prefer a house that does not have a ton of traffic in and out but he will adjust to whatever his circumstances are. Hanni is not completely potty-trained, so we allow him access to the doggie door and door open throughout the day or we also use a belly band when he's running around the house. He is completely crate trained and loves his crate and will require you to have a crate for him because he loves to spend a good portion of his day in his crate, on his blankies or bed, with his door open or just sitting with you being loved. He's great with children, other dogs and cats. He loves to go to the groomer and is very happy getting his nails done and taking a bath. He also loves to take his walks. He does not require long walks but he loves to be out on his leash and walks VERY well on a leash. Walks are not absolutely necessary however, so long as you have a fenced backyard. We are looking for a family that will keep Hanni for the rest of his life. If you are interested in Hanni, please let me know and I can send more pictures. Thank you for reading Hanni's story!
