About Layla

Layla is at the Community Animal Rescue Effort Adoption Center in Skokie, Illinois and is available for a foster to adopt in the Chicagoland area. She was an owner relinquishment, because the family was too busy to keep her. She was hit by a car and had orthopedic surgery in June; it may require further care. Very affectionate, lots of curiousity and energy, can be very goofy. She does not yet know commands, but is housebroken. Is sometimes hesitant towards men, but warms up.
