LOCATION: Pensacola, FL NEEDS: Insulin twice daily. Lorna is a beautiful girl who loves to sit and cuddle with her person. She comes when she is called and knows her name. She stays pretty close to her foster mom and dad all the time, because she doesn't want to miss out on anything! Lorna gets along fine with all the small dogs in her foster home and would be good with others or as an only. She is a senior girl so bigger, active dogs may not be her favorite. Cats and kids are an unknown. Based on her sweet personality we think she would probably be fine with either, but older kids would be preferred since she is not tested. Lorna has some pep in her step and gets very excited when there is a squeaky toy available. She learned how to use a doggie door and loves running around her foster mom's fenced back yard. She's also good on a leash. When you head toward the garage she gets very excited because she loves to ride in the car! When her foster mom leaves the house Lorna goes to a dog bed for a nap until she returns. She sleeps in a dog bed beside the big bed, all night...no middle of the night potty time for this girl! She has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. She had a dental and lost quite a few bad teeth. It has been determined that she is also diabetic. She is currently getting insulin shots twice a day and will she will always need that. Lorna is the sweetest little senior girl ever, and will be a wonderful companion for some lucky person! *We are located in Pensacola Florida.
