About Max

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE Hi, this handsome fella here is Max. He is 3 years old and needs a special kind of home, one with a back yard, NO children and preferably NO other dogs. He is full of energy, and absolutely loves the outdoors. He is a big baby who will love you, cuddle with you and always be by your side. Since Max was young, he has never done well with children. The current situation with Max, is an unsafe one. There are 2 other male dogs in the house, and the situation has become very tense between them. There have been a few instances, where Max and one of the other dogs have gotten into a fight, due to the other dog being dominant. The last incident, both dogs decided to attack Max. Max was not at fault nor instigated any of the fights. The dogs are kept in separate spaces and are no longer near each other. Since then, Max continues to be a loving companion but is on edge. His anxiety levels have increased, and it is not fair for Max to live under those conditions. We have taken all 3 dogs to behavioral therapy. They concluded that the dogs will not get along, and rehoming is the best solution. This is why the heart breaking decision has been made, to rehome Max so that he can have a happy and peaceful life. He needs someone who can dedicate their time to make him feel safe.
