About Sadie

Sadie who we believe is a Cane Corso was found living under a porch in our neighborhood back in Oct. She was frightened by the owner when he returned and went into the woods where she stayed several more weeks. She spent about 6 weeks living in the woods to our knowledge. Several of us were feeding her. She was very frightened and would not let anyone near her. She had a pretty serious injury to her back above her tail (healed now). I was able to befriend her, and she finally trusted me enough to follow me home. We cannot keep her because our pitbull is dog aggressive. Sadie is a good healthy girl who needs a good loving safe home with someone who has Bull Mastiff/Cane Corso experience and where she will be kept inside & well loved. No small dogs or cats. Age aprx. 2-3 per vets exam. Spayed and up to date on all vaccinations and is on Nexgard Plus. Heartworm negative. Microchipped. Knows her basic commands, come, sit, stop, wait. She walks well on a leash. She eats well and is not food aggressive, very food motivated. Crate trained. Her temperament is calm and she is good with women and ok with men after given time to warm up. She is housebroken. She gets along ok with other big dogs. She rides well.
