He is microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention, but isn't neutered. Frankie is great with children! He hasn't been tested around cats. No dogs, due to his reactivity! The owner is surrendering him because he doesn't have the time to properly care for him. He needs to go by 3/24! If you think you can provide a great home for Frankie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. The fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Frankie.
