About Rosco

I have a one year old blue tick/black and tan coonhound who I need a home for ASAP. I took him in when a friends dogs had puppies. I work seven to nine hours a day and so does my husband. He is the sweetest dog and just wants to be loved. Unfortunatly I cannot let him outside to run and play because our neighbors dogs are super agressive and constantly try to get into our yard. I cannot get him to gain weight like he should. He has the best appitite and eats like he should but were getting no where. I personally think he isnt happy, especially having to be inside majority of the day. I want to find him the best home possible and for him to enjoy his life with no worries.
