About Sage

Sage is an 9 month old 40lb unspayed Female Belgian Malinois/Border Collie Mix. She is very friendly to new people and dogs and cats but does not do well with young children, tending to resource guard and she has a bite history over the last few months. Bites were not serious and did not exceed a 3 on the Dunbar bite scale with no medical attention required. Sage is completely house broken and crate trained. We also put her through a 2 week board training which was a huge success as she knows all the usual commands like come, down, sit, stay, heel, leave it, off, place, and no. She is well trained and does not destroy anything in the house and can be left in the backyard off leash without trying to escape. She may dig & chew on some things but has not caused more than typical puppy damage. Sage is up to date on her shots and is ready to find a forever home that hopefully has a backyard so she can play her favorite games like fetch with a ball, tug of war, basketball (she can actually pass the ball to you with her mouth), and walking/running. She is an excellent running partner and heels flawlessly.
