Hello. I've come to this hard heartbreaking decision that I need to re-home my American pit bull terrier. He will be 4 years old in April this year, hes gone through E-Collar training with a local lady but could still use some help with his manners. He has environmental allergies and food allergies so whatever home he goes to needs to be able to give him his allergy shot once a month and check his food for allergens. I will provide a list of his allergies and provide the medication and syringes I do have on hand as well as where we get his allergy meds from. He has only been around other dogs a couple times in his life and has done okay, hes been around cats and he does chase them and try to play with them but otherwise he will leave them alone. He's a good happy boy, who loves to sleep on the couch and curl up with a blanket but he also loves running around outside. He dislikes the rain, not very good on the leash but that's our fault for not working with him more. He gets along with our kids (7&5) but when they run or play rough he does get wound up and try to chase them. I'm sure that habit can be fixed with some training also. He is kenneled train and that's where he sleeps at night. Asking a small rehoming fee just to make sure he goes to the right family.
