He is standoffs and takes time warming up to strangers, but is so sweet when he does Toby and his sisters are available to Pre-adopt of Foster to Adopt ; as they were surrendered unvaccinated, we have to get them all caught up. Toby will be getting neutered March 8th along with being chipped We us Fi chip which have GPS tracker in them chip. No children under 9 or adults over 65 No out of state adoptions
