About Timber

This is Timber. She is a 2-5 year old Purebred Siberian Husky. She was rescued by my fiance and I back around the beginning of October. Timber was abused and now has fear aggression with some known triggers. She has bit someone twice and has drawn blood making it a bite level category of 3-5. She is not potty trained but, has been working on it. Is still using in house and sometimes pads. She is food aggressive towards other animals and MUST be separated when fed. Water is fine to share. I used to be a vet Technician and I do have experience training many dogs. I have tried for months but, with no luck or progress. She is very dominant and has some behaviors and a tendency to only follow directions when it's in her best interest. Other times she freezes and becomes fear aggressive and thinks she will be hit or abused and it breaks my heart. We have tried so hard to help this baby but, our limits are exhausted and I am now pregnant and have many health issues and can no longer try and train her. She plays good with our back lab and even our cats. She has A LOT of energy and she deserves someone who can train her properly and give her a good home. With her fear aggressive behavior from the abuse we are needing to rehome her for the safety of our future child. She needs someone who knows how to love her, train her properly, and not have kids. Despite all her behaviors she is a wonderful kind girl. We just can not keep her due to the fact she can bite without warning and it could end up being our child.
