About Cami

Cami's story is sad, as she must've gotten lost as a puppy. She was found as a stray with a collar so tight, she could barely breathe. She was very scared and wouldn't come to anyone. After several weeks, she ended up having to be trapped. When she arrived at the shelter, she was extremely scared. She has slowly progressed and warmed up to our team, and has slowly learned how to be a dog and play with others in playgroup. When meeting strangers or in new surroundings, she is still very timid and is a flight risk. So she will need a confident and experienced handler that would be willing to visit her at the shelter several times before adoption.
