About Jack

Jack is an energetic, eager to please 4 month old bullypit mix. His mama was adopted from the street, and she had puppies shortly thereafter. We are in search of a forever home for him because we cannot care for the whole litter and two adult dogs. Jack has been socialized in a loving family of five, around children (ages 10&7) and a baby. Jack is confident and very playful. Has had some basic obedience training - sit, stay, etc. True to the breed, he has a good temperament and tolerance around people. Still learning to not 'mouth' when he plays with humans, but this is normal puppy behavior and will improve with training and redirection. Jack has a sarcoma (fluid filled area) around the eye socket of his left eye due to a tumble while playing with a bigger dog. It has gone down and should go down over the next several weeks until it is back to normal. Other than that, he has no health issues and is current on shots.
