MEET SIMBA! Simba is a 6-year-old tan Chihuahua boy in need of a forever home! Simba came from a drug-addicted owner, so his life has not been ideal so far. He was tied up in the home with another dog, with no food or water. Simba is still a bit shy and timid, but he's super sweet and gentle. He will warm up to tender loving care and loves to be held. He needs a person that will understand his shy personality and be patient, as transitions can be hard. He would do best in a quiet home with someone who is looking for a lap dog.
