About Rascal

Hi there everybody!!! My name is Rascal and I am a 5 year old Japanese Chin boy . I weigh about 18 lbs so yesssss I know I am chunky ----the one thing my former owner did well was feed me--people food!!!! So here I am in need of a weight loss plan....but no worries as my foster mom is on it and she says I am doing great and am easily adjusting to 'dog food'!!!!! I came to FCCR with my sisters---we were all scared, matted, and I had a very bad ear infection. BUT that is all behind us now and I am looking for my perfect home. I am an easy going dude, love other dogs and love my humans too. Foster mommy says I am a delight to have around, have excellent house manners and am quite a looker ( even with those few extra pounds LOL).
