About Maggie

Maggie is a 5 year old Blue Heeler who was born in July 2018. Maggie came to us as a puppy who was missing half of her tail and was not in good living conditions. Maggie has fear aggression towards strangers. When she is scared she will try and nip at strangers. Once she is comfortable with new people, she is a love bug. In November of last year Maggie lashed out at our 13 year old Yorkie resulting in us having to euthanize him and she has recently shown aggression towards our Yorkie poo. This happens when the noise in our house and chaos is happening, as we have 3 other dogs and 2 kids. She has always been good with our children, however Maggie needs a quiet home with no other dogs. She does good with cats and has been around them her whole life. It breaks my heart to have to look for a new home for her but we have to keep our other animals safe.
