Cooper was very recently found in the middle of a busy hwy, obviously abandoned. I foster dogs as a passion so I couldn't turn a blind eye. He's an absolute doll! Super sweet and loves people, dogs, and never gave my cat a second look. He seems to still be younger. He's a good size as he's comparable in size to my Rottweiler length wise and just a bit shorter. I would guess he's about 70lbs. I can't keep him with the fostering that we do and having personal dogs as well, but he's non the less deserving of a loving home. I would suggest no apartments and not a home on the main highway, but I'm not sure a fenced yard is necessary especially if he is neutered as he seems to want to be around people. Loves attention and children, but remember he's a larger dog that still needs worked with so he could potentially knock a small child down.
