About Teressa

Hi there, I'm Teressa, a 1.5-year-old, 68-pound, brindle, Mountain Cur mix. I'm looking for a compassionate and caring family who will love and be with me as much as possible. I'm a well-mannered dog who loves to snuggle with you and give kisses. I am so polite, I even wait for the vet while patiently seated in a chair! I'm great on a leash. I love people and I'm very loyal to them. I want to have people of my own who will treat me like a princess. I'm good with other dogs and even cats! I'm vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. I have heartworms which my rescue will have me treated for, and I'll be fine soon. I'm house trained but I don't like the crate or being left alone. I have some separation anxiety and I cry when I'm left by myself. I need a family who will understand my feelings and help me work on this. I would do best with a family who is not away from the home most of the day. Maybe with a stay-at-home mom or work-from-home professional.
