About Dora Dora

I fostered Dora from the day she was born. Dora and another puppy qualified with MI search and rescue including cadaver. There was only one handler and they took the boy. We kept Dora. Dora lives in our house with adults and two German shepherds. She is fine with strangers. She has not been around many other dogs but was ok with them.. I don't know about cats. Dora hasn't been around young children. She is very smart and quick to learn and not mean or aggressive.She is loving and wants to please. We love Dora.but the problem is one of our dogs who helped raise her from birth is an alpha dog. She wants to control the other dogs. Dora, now that she is two, doesn't want to get bit many more. There has been a terrible fight between them and I'm afraid they will kill each other or seriously injured themselves. We have them separated, but it is not fair to either one to be confined to a kennel. I am hoping to find someone who would love to train Dora for tracking or search and rescue or knows the breed and have a home just for her. She is loving and not wild or hyper. She has lived in our house and is a good dog. We would not be trying to find her a home if we weren't afraid of a terrible fight.
