The adoption donation of $150 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip with lifetime registration, deworming, negative heartworm test, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Sweet Molly is estimated at 6-7 years old and is 25 lb. She was in rough shape when she showed up in a lady's yard in need of some love. Molly had her initial vet appointment and is now fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Unfortunately, she tested heartworm positive so she has begun heartworm treatment protocol and the remainder of a 12 month supply of meds will go home with her. She also had multiple mammary masses / tumors. X-rays showed that her organs were good and her blood work came back good. She had surgery to remove the masses, which were benign. The surgery was pretty invasive so she is continuing to heal. But once healed and all sutures removed she will be able to go to a new home. She is a good girl who would love to find a warm sofa or lap to spend time with her humans, she's good with dogs and people, she pays little attention to the cat. She is doggie door house-trained and goes in and out on her own as needed. She sleeps in a crate at night just because of having so many dogs in the home.
