About Creed

Creed is a very loving, playful dog. He wants to just play and have fun with other dogs. He came to live at my house about a year ago when my boyfriend moved in. I am a very busy person with two younger kids and a full time job not leaving me much time to spend with the dog. The same with my partner. He used to primarily fish and dive to make money and now he has a full time job on top of that. Creed has been left to himself a lot of the time and without any obedience training. He is friendly but wants to jump on everyone he meets. He doesn't have the structure, discipline or attention he deserves. He is not neutered because his dad was hoping to breed with him, but we would be willing to have that taken care of before he is rehomed if requested. He is friendly with dogs. He was raised with a cat and is best friends with it and my cat I had previously is warming up to him. He does want to 'chase' them, but it's more in a, 'I want to play with you,' type of play. He has never been aggressive but is very protective of his food. He does well with kids, however doesn't realize the size difference. My 5 year old girls love him, but won't go near him because he wants to lick and jump on them for attention. He has recently started digging in the yard and scratching the fence, but I fully believe it's him wanting more attention and play time with us. We just are not able to give him what he needs and I want him to have that.
