About Kona

Kona is a 3 year old German shepherd female mix (approx 75lbs)! She loves humans & wants to be the center of attention. She loves older kids (school aged + older) but still has a lot of puppy energy so no babies/toddlers. We have had her since July of 2021 - we have had a change in lifestyle and both adults are now working full time, Kona is having to spend too much of her day alone which is not ideal. She is up to date on vet care & spayed. She knows basic commands & is fully potty trained. We are looking for a home that she would not have to be left alone for extended periods of time. She is allowed to be left out to roam the home freely & does great but it is not ideal for her to have to be home alone. She needs to be the ONLY PET IN THE HOME, we need someone who understands the traits of this breed & has the time to spend with her. She truly loves to spend time with her humans & is happy to be doing whatever you are doing. There will be a rehoming fee & we are asking for updates from new family on how she is doing.
