About Little Foot

Adoption Fee: $400
German Shepherd / Lab
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Welcome Little Foot to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Little Foot is a 45-pound German Shepherd/Lab mixed pup. He is 5-months old now. Little Foot was dumped in the country of Texas with his siblings on a good Samaritan dog person. He should be a 50lb dog full grown. He is smart, active, sensitive, and affectionate. He lives with 5 children of varying ages. He lives with 5 cats and 10 other dogs. He is good with all of these. This good Samaritan is working on leash manners and he is already good in a car. We would like someone that has owned a smart breed dog or a GSD before. Little Foot is a gentle boy and a gentle person with a soft approach to training would be best. He is also a little bit shy. He loves other dogs and his best play friend is Winnie. A GSD will need a job and physical and mental stimulation to be happy. They are naturally good with children so we think Little Foot would love another home with children. He would also be great with another companion animal. He is decent on the leash and soft when you pick him up. Puppies will always be better with someone that doesn't work all day every day. Puppies need time with people and to go places with their human so they become well rounded adult dogs. He is getting his puppy vaccines and will be neutered soon and ready for his forever home. He can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to [email protected] if you have questions.
