Sweet Lily is 1-2 years old and is a Lab/Great Pyrenees mix. She got some of the best qualities of both breeds, if you ask us! Lily is around 80 lbs. She's dog friendly and looks to the resident dogs for social cues as she gets nervous in new situations. Lily and her sister, Daisy (whom was adopted several months ago) were dumped near an oil pad site in west Texas. Lily was possibly struck by a car and sustained an injury to her hip that trailed a surgery called an FHO. She's all healed up now and enjoys romping around with her foster brother. Lily lives with a feline friend, too. She does like a chase here and there but means no harm. Lily will thrive in a calmer home. She loves her crate and appreciates a safe place to retreat to, especially initially. While leaving the house is fairly scary for her still, she's working hard to overcome her fears and even takes walks and car rides now. Lily is in foster in Windsor, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. * You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/lily-4 You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
