About Cookie

This sweet soul was dumped with her friend Honey in mountains of Oak Glen, California, in the dead of winter and somehow survived for three weeks. They survived storms, freezing temperatures, wildlife and a very busy two lane road. It's truly a miracle that they're alive today. A good Samaritan was trying her hardest to get these two to safety, but they were just too frightened and would run away. She contacted a Rescue that was able to send volunteers to trap the dogs. Everything aligned and now these two are finally safe, and they are so grateful! Cookie is 65 pounds of pure sweetness. Her name says it all. She is a big softy and so sweet. She truly is a gentle giant and just wants to please her human. She knows how to sit and shake and she is fully potty trained. She has a very calm temperament and just likes to be around people. She is very relaxed. She doesn't like to be scolded. She curls up in a ball and rolls over if she feels like she's in trouble. She truly is the sweetest girl with the most gentle soul.
