About Albert

Albert is heartworm positive and our rescue will pay for all of his medical expense's. Because of this, he is local adoption only (within 1 hour of Wake Forest, NC) so he can complete and continue his treatment. Don't let his HW status deter you, he is an awesome pup! He's laid back he could fit into about any home. He is good other dogs, good with kids, good with birds, and would probably be fine with cats though he hasn't been cat tested yet. He doesn't know what a stranger is and is just a chill kinda boy with a loveable personality. Albert's one daily requirement is going for walks with his people and does not require a fenced yard. He is happy to go on car rides and to be with you wherever you go. If you want a traveling companion, Albert would be happy to take on that job! He is also good on a leash so taking him with you wherever you go is breeze. Albert is very respectful of his silly foster sister. He isn't rambunctious or crazy and just a good ole boy! He would be fine as an only dog or with other pups in the home. He is already house trained, crate trained and just pretty paw-fect! As part of Albert's $300 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
