About Dixie Lee

Not much is known about Dixie's early life. Her exact age is unknown but she is estimated to be 4-6 years old. She was seized as part of a police raid and fostered by a member of the sheriff's office before being rehomed to a member of my family and housed with me. She is a wonderful family dog, loves to cuddle and does great with children. She does not do well with cats or small animals in general, including chickens. She is fine with our chihuahua but not sure how she does with other dogs. Dixie is a fairly sedentary dog but when she runs she goes far and does not do well when walked on a leash. Would do best with a fenced in yard, which I am currently unable to provide. She truly is such a good girl; she deserves a loving forever home and I am hoping to find someone to provide that for her. She is house and crate trained. XL crate, food and water bowls, and 2 beds will be provided to new owner. Asking rehoming fee of $50 to ensure she goes to a home that can adequately provide for her.
