About Zelda

Zelda is a 1 yr old Australian cattle dog/treeing walker coonhound mix. She came to us a few months ago. She is very sweet and friendly, loves giving kisses and eager to play and learn. We were told when we adopted her that she was good with kids. She does adore children but she is mouthy/nips and plays too rough for our young children. She needs a home without children where she can learn to be her best self! She is very treat motivated, knows some basic commands, is house trained, uses a crate and is ok on walks. She grew up with another dog at her previous home but we haven't had her around other dogs so we can't say for sure how she is. I do think she would love and benefit from having another dog to play with. She has major potential to be a great dog and has many endearing qualities!
